THINKING OF SELLING YOUR PRELOVED?
Steps to SELL your pre-loved:
i) Tell us the brand / style / color / conditions / "asking price" for your pre-loved items : eg. Coach f17433 / khaki mahagony / 80% new / RM 300
ii) We will agree on the "asking price" prior to you posting the item over
iii) Once agree on the "asking price", you can post the item to us
iv) We will take real-item pictures of the bag & list it for sales.
iv) Payment will be made to you, upon sales of item.
TERMS & Conditions :
- 100% original & authentic items only
- By posting the item to us, it is deemed that you are the owner of the item
- Strictly on consignment basis
- Applicable service charge will be deducted from the "asking price"
- Payment will be released to you
[For item <RM 1,000] within 2 weeks from date of sales
[For item >RM 1,000} within 4 weeks from date of sales
(increase lead time as new customer is allowed 2 weeks to verify the authenticity of the items prior to releasing the payment)
- For the purpose of payment, you are required to provide us your banking information (name of bank / beneficiary name / account number)
- Real item pictures taken by Essential Corner remain the property of Essential Corner and cannot be re-used without prior permission
- Essential Corner reserve the right to list the item for sales via several avenue
Service charges
- Service charge is applicable and to be deducted from asking price
- Service charge is for our effort in taking real-item pictures & listing the item for sales
- service charge is higher of RM 50, or 5% from the asking price
- Service charge will NOT BE CHARGE if item(s) is described as per initial agreement, 100% original, posted to us & not sold after 2 months
- Full service charge is applicable if item posted to us is NOT ORIGINAL. Item will only be posted back to seller upon clearance of service charge payment + posting charges.
Posting Charges
- Posting charge to send the item to us are borne by seller
- Posting charge for us to return the item to the seller are borne by seller
- Posting charge for us to send the item to the new buyer (if sold) are borne by the buyer
